After reading WWF's Living Planet Report, we started drawing up some responses, I started looking at endangered animals to draw:
I think the use of loose watercolour and monotone gives quite a sombre feel which is relevant as it would the illustrations would be accompanied by upsetting facts about the animals. Although the colourful depictions conveys them as beautiful creatures, convincing people to help save them.
